I went down to Cape Town for the weekend & it so happens that this was the weekend of the Arise Cape Town Fashion Week. It was pretty quiet (maybe the cold weather detracted the fashionistas), and the schedule was much smaller than last year. However, I still managed to snap a few hot looks, on and off the runways.
